SAP Financials configuration (ongoing improvement of Eli Lilly’s SAP processes).
Project leader of EDI implementation in the Spanish affiliate (Madrid). EDI is a functionality that allows business partners to electronically exchange sales documents.
Participation in the English and German affiliates implementations, advising on Financial Accounting (FI) configuration, taking part in testing and providing go-live support.

O.N.E. (Belgian public sector organisation in charge of childhood policy): full life cycle implementation of Financial Accounting (GL, AR, AP), Cash Management (Tr-CM: Banks, Cash Position, Liquidity Forecast) and Fund Management (FI-FM). This involved business processes analysis, solution design, customizing, users training and go-live.
Sodexho (French catering company, Belgian affiliate): upgrade to SAP 4.6 (Financial Accounting) + coordination of ABAP developments.
Siemens: design and configuration of a Treasury Management (Tr-TM) prototype + pre-sales activities (presentations / demos).
