Planning, organisation, coordination and follow-up of several projects within given scope, timing and budget.
Projects (simultaneous) from 100K to 2.500K EUR:
• New Commissioning system for internal and external sales forces
• Creation of a new tariff plan for the residential market (pre-paid and post-paid)
• Management of HR Data flows in SAP
• Improvement of a logistics process to handle increased quantities and shorten time-to-market
Responsible for:
▪ Execute projects following the PMI methodology and ensure that it is applied by team members
▪ Define clear and realistic project plan that meet project objectives
▪ Decomposes the major deliverables into manageable activities
▪ Propose budget to execute project and
▪ Write business case : collect all costs, challenge revenues, defend business case with finance department and top-management
▪ Run RFQ (Request for Quotation), participate to negotiation and supplier selection

Manage the Roaming products portfolio and Roaming related projects : Voice and Data
Responsible for:
▪ Product Management: define and track KPIs for Roaming products and services with cross-functional teams, define actions to improve the quality/performance of a product, introduce change requests and propose new features that can have positive impact on customer satisfaction and Proximus revenues translate these actions and features in projects
▪ Write requirements : detail scope of project, translate and consolidate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, define pricing and communication strategy, describe tracking and reporting needs.
▪ Business Modelling : define customer experience, describe business concepts and design a relationship model, analyze impact on organisational process and design workflow diagrams.
▪ Perform end-to-end testing: define test strategy and test plan, write test scripts, supervise tests and follow-up of troubleshooting.
SEPT. 02 – DEC 03: BELGACOM: BUSINESS ANALYST AND CHANGE MANAGER
Content of job:
Turn Belgacom in an e-Company, define strategy for the e-Channel (website) :
▪ 1st Release : Implementation of a Content Management System (Teamsite from Interwoven) for the Intranet and Internet websites
▪ 2nd Release : Define strategy for the e-Channel based on a Customer-Centric approach
Responsible for:
▪ Strategic Consultant : define Strategy to transform the commercial website into a transactional website. Evaluate impacts on all Belgacom Business Units and prioritize developments.
▪ Business Analyst: analysis of business requirements and translation in IT analysis, definition of input/output templates, identification and set-up of resources, definition and set-up of process and workflows.
▪ Change Manager: Manage change requests : clarify requirements, translate in technical specifications, obtain validation and supervise implementation. Also in charge of identification of potential risks for the project, facilitation for the introduction of changes (presentations, demos, workshops, …), mediation in case of conflicts.
▪ Trainer : responsible for creating training material and user manual on the content management application and for giving training to groups of 10-30 people
▪ Support to Project Management : assistance to planning process, allocating resources, solving conflicts and evaluating the risks related to changes, control of deliverables.
