Manage the retail IT projects for the core network of Shell Petrol stations in France (350 sites) in order to reduce the over all IT, EFT and telecom costs and achieve the European cluster business view for EUROSHEL :

Upgrade and administration of the Shell EFT Polling Servers to meet the EMV standards
Upgrade of petrol site controllers, cash desks and back office systems at all Shell retail sites.
Upgrade of Dispenser Integrated Terminals / Outdoor Payment Terminals (OPT/DIT) in order to meet with new EFT requirements
