Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Stream lead pour une mission de 3 mois renouvelables en full télétravail.

"The Integration Stream Lead is responsible of the delivery of middlewares between IFS and the client ’s legacy systems. The team is about 10 people with various skills (Business analyst & tech lead & developers) and spread all around the world.

Occasional travel may happen.

Required skills :

• Previous experience in project management

• Knowledge of IFS and Dell Boomi is a not mandatory but would help greatly

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Good communication (oral and written) skills

• Ability to switch quickly from one topic to another

• Experience with PM tools is a plus : MSP, Jira …

Key responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the workload assessment, planning, execution, and delivery of middlewares to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders: client tower leads, Integration lead, IT department, functional and supports stream within the program, program management, third party companies

• HR management: adjusting the staffing of the team to the estimated workload.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements

• Documentation: Maintain and hand-over detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and system architectures to ensure transparency and continuity.

• Program management: Reporting through different audience about the progress of the Integration team
