Context
We are seeking an experienced Proxy Product Owner consultant to join our IT team. The consultant will have extensive experience with Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, mail flow management, Outlook Client, and SaaS solutions that work as email gateways. Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) CRM is also required. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our email systems and supporting our communication infrastructure while working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodology.
Key responsabilities and role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Proxy Product Owner for the email systems team, helping the product owner for managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Manage and maintain both Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee mail flow configurations and troubleshoot any issues related to email delivery.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Outlook Client users for escalation (level 3 support)
- Implement and manage SaaS email gateway solutions (nice to have )
- Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) CRM for incident management, change management, and service requests (Power User)
- Manage level 3 escalations and provide expert support to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of email systems with other enterprise applications.
- Contribute to the Agile Scrum process, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for email system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email system management and security.

Contribute to major incidents affecting the product
Help implement the roadmap
Proactively discuss with Microsoft regarding futur evolutions
