Program Manager Cloud

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Program Manager Cloud sur Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Migration Strategy & Leadership:
  
• Lead and drive the strategic vision for cloud migration across customer's legal entities, aligning with business goals and ensuring a unified approach to cloud adoption.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the roadmap for cloud migration, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Program Management:

• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple cloud migration projects, ensuring high-level coordination and integration between different legal entities.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to overcome potential challenges.
• Direct cross-functional teams in the execution of cloud migration projects, including internal IT teams, external vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor and track the performance of cloud migration initiatives, ensuring adherence to KPIs, milestones, and SLAs

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud migration initiatives, providing regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.

Cloud Architecture & Integration:

• Collaborate with the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Lead, enterprise architects and cloud architects to ensure the cloud migration approach is aligned with the organization's cloud strategy and goals.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for cloud migration, infrastructure management, and optimization

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience (10+ years) in IT project management or program management, with at least 5 years of experience specifically managing cloud migration projects.

Strong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration strategies.

Previous experience managing large-scale, cross-functional teams and complex projects across multiple business units or legal entities.
