Nous recherchons un OT Cybersecurity Specialist pour une mission de 3 mois renouvelables sur Grenoble ou en full télétravail avec quelques déplacements ponctuels.
Context
Complex technical cybersecurity controls are designed into the client's products and the manufacturing plants/lines that assemble and test these products. These complex cybersecurity controls are evolving all the time. The BU industrialization teams require technical support and guidance to raise their competency levels for industrialization cybersecurity topics. For the industrialization teams Cybersecurity referential documents and tools are evolving and the teams require support and training.
Overall Purpose of the Service
To have a Cybersecurity specialist on a contract to support our BU and GSC teams:
- · Participate as technical advisor on cybersecurity during the industrialization of electronic products.
- · Work with multiple projects across all client's entities including the business units, divisions, international operations and GSC organizations.
- · Support internal & external production/manufacturing operations (inc. Brand label/ODM/EMS)
- · Maintain the existing and generate new technical and process guidance documents on cybersecurity topics
- · Track all business unit projects ensuring compliance with the cybersecurity requirements.
Content of the service
The specialist will provide industrialization and OT cybersecurity technical expertise to the client including but not limited to:
- · Maintenance and evolution of the client's IEC 62443 framework
- · Supporting the evolution of and providing advice/training on the Reference Architecture for production lines
- · Creating and delivering training on the client's IEC 62443 framework (SL1, SL2, SL2)
- · Maintenance and support of the “Client's IEC62443 framework for Industrial Means Group” portal pages content
- · Maintenance and evolution of the Industrialization Cybersecurity Checklist content
- · Tracking BU Project compliance with the Industrialization Cybersecurity Checklist requirements (including FTF50119, IEC 62443 framework and GSC cybersecurity framework)
- · Ensure alignment between OT cyber security framework and all new GSC assembly lines deployment
- · Providing OT cybersecurity technical advice and support to the BU industrialization project and GSC teams (IEC 62443 framework, GSC Cybersecurity program, technology…)
- · Conducting BU Project cybersecurity reviews and audits (against the requirement checklist & FTF50119, the IEC62443 framework and the GSC cybersecurity program)
- · Supporting the BU project teams with equipment & process Specifications, project Deployment and project Qualification
- · Technical advice and support for the equipment, tools, applications & technologies, used by industrialization and manufacturing teams, such as PC and PLC backup processes, password storage/sharing, code signing, remote access, IPC / PLC / Printers / ethernet switches…
- · Participation in webinars, meetings, discissions and projects related to industrialization cybersecurity
- · Other Industrialization & OT cybersecurity related topics as decided by the client
- · Review and validate the checklist and solutions implemented by the project’s teams
- · Ensure alignment between OT cyber security framework and all new GSC assembly lines deployment
- · Providing OT cybersecurity technical advice and support to the BU industrialization project and GSC teams (IEC 62443 framework, GSC Cybersecurity program, technology…)

Skills
The OT cybersecurity specialist will have:
- · Good vision and strong knowledge about Industrial environment and Industrial Control Systems
- · Good understanding of the international standards involved within the client and more particularly IEC62443 standard
- · Strong understanding of OT controls that should be implemented within OT environment
- · Strong understanding of OT networks, protocols, devices…
- · The company uses English as the official language and contractor must have business level English fluency to support this (oral and written).
- · Strong communication skills (Presentation & training delivery)
The contractor is expected to be available:
- · At a remote location (i.e work from home or employer facility)
- · Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- · Opening hours as per normal supplier rules (French daytime, to cover Both Asia and NAM )
- · Occasionally on site in client's (or other) facility as required by the company (travel expenses would be covered as required)
