Context
Major network transformation program within a large international insurance company. Central IT team, delivering IT services to business entities (around 15 of them). Worldwide scope, 1000+ sites
SD WAN transformation as one of the stream of the program, to transform existing MPLS based WAN into SD WAN / Internet based WAN.
Guidelines have been defined, RFP to select provider(s) on going. Provider choice to be finalized by the end of May 2021, final negotiation and contracting by July, first pilots Q4 2021 and massive roll out over 2022/23.

Role
As a project manager, reporting to global network transformation program Director, organize and follow up the project from the contracting with selected provider to the roll out of the solution.
Project plan, Budget and actions follow up + reporting - coordinating internal and external resources (technical, operational, procurement, legal, finance)

Expected profile
Proven project management skills, in complex projects & organisations
WAN / SD WAN knowledge (principles, sourcing to deployment experience) to be able to understand main stakes and interact with different interlocutors (technical, operational, financial, exec, business)
English (+ french if possible)

Full time / Base in Paris La Defense (full remote as of today due to COVID)
Starting June 2021 - until end of 2021 +, repro should be renewed for 2022
