Duties:
· In charge of the Supply Chain and Purchasing of both Baumgartner Papier SA and Inapa Suisse SA
· Played an active role in the merger of the companies (Baumgartner Papier SA & Inapa Suisse SA)
· Re-negotiated all contracts with multinational paper producers; redefined strategic alliances (overall budget CHF 150 Mil.)
· Reduced inventory while increasing service level
· Definition of procurement policy to improve product flows and shorter lead times
· Full responsibility (weekly and monthly basis) for distribution planning, requirements and forecasting for the supply chain – building relationships with suppliers

Duties:
· Operational and Financial (cost) Audits for 3 of NMHG’s French subsidiaries, looking at procedures and advising enhancements
· Initiated best practices and was application owner for the implementation of their ERP system for order processing, credit management and inventory management
· Reduced debtor balance and inventory

(Worldwide supplier of cigarette filters to all major cigarette manufactures such as JIT, BAT, Philip Morris etc.)

Duties:
· In charge of supply chain management, production planning, purchasing, warehouse and transportation
· Consumer goods sales budget consolidation; Assessment of master production plan, raw material and personnel needs
· Implemented an ‘e-supply chain’ with distributors – VMI (Vendors Inventory Management), sales forecasting and reactive integration of market demand into the production planning
· Implemented an integrated product supply chain to guarantee best service with minimum inventory
· Definition of procurement policy to improve product flows and shorter lead times
· Put in place a supply chain per customer per product to increase customer service quality
· Key User and application owner of procurement, planning, forecasting, warehouse management and distribution processes for the implementation of MOVEX ERP system
· Implemented a planning system integrated with the ERP system
· Developed in-house APS and product planning tools with external consultants, enabling product planning, capacity planning and production scheduling
