Installation, configuration and support of all the Cisco networking equipment including PIX and IOS CBAC firewalls, Cisco routers and catalyst switches, SMTP, E-commerce web hosting, tunneling, filtering and DMZ.
The global network consisted of Cisco IPSEC VPN, frame relay, point to point leased circuits, ISDN PRI / BRI, Fast Ethernet and FDDI, IP and IPX, Microsoft Windows and Novel Netware. I also facilitated a safe firewalled access for our 100 plus user support department to connect to our largest customers over ISDN, Leased line or VPN to support larger our Multinational organizations.
I also took responsibility for Compaq server builds, OS installs, hardware upgrades, IIS admin, SSL certificate configuration, configuring RAS, DNS, print servers, SMS remote administration, service pack updates, Windows domain admin, MS Exchange admin, active directory, NetWare 4.X and basic UNIX admin. -
