Over the 2½ years I have developed Payment Formats for a number of banks and applied the changes for SEPA. Using BI Publisher, I created a number of reports in Excel which are then emailed using the bursting function.
  Other examples include importing and reconciling MT940 bank statements in Cash Management, and creating a companywide standardised PO print program.

  Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG is a leading privately owned manufacturer of natural flavour ingredients for the food and beverage industry. I was responsible for a number of enhancements and interfaces in the supply chain and process manufacturing areas, writing module specifications and developing standards. As part of the design I investigated methods of trading in non EBS languages, and coding standards for BI Publisher. As part of the BI Publisher standards, I designed the standard for all business documents that would allow the OMR to be printed. Major enhancements included a custom integrator for WebADI to allow users to download costing data to Excel and then update Item Costs, and custom procedures for the WMS Rules Engine to allow this to use attributes not available in the standard setup. I was also responsible for the team that developed a custom interface from ASCP to OPM, and I set up a demonstration of Discoverer (installation of EUL and creation of sample reports).

  As part of changes to O2C setup for Pfizer within the UK known as the 'Direct-to-Pharmacy' (DTP) project, I made changes to various interfaces and wrote a number of reports based on the OPM module to allow stock and financial reconciliation. The reports could be either printed, or exported to Excel via email. I have also setup and documented, to pharmaceutical standards, a number of some of the functional areas including of the OPM account assignment and Organisation hierarchies. The organisation hierarchies were used during data migration. I was also involved with supporting regression testing, user testing, and working with an offshore development centre.

  My role during this period was to provide technical and functional support for the areas used in this implementation, including Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, Advanced Planning, and Projects. My work included creating new DFFs, running scripts for TARs and creating/changing existing reports. A major task has been implementing additional data visibility for end users by implementing new Business Areas (within the EUL) and writing Discoverer reports. This has included collecting and analysing the user requirements, and training users how to create their own reports. I have also made changes to the customer facing documents (6i Reports) such as Order Confirmation, Purchase Order, and Invoice.
